Furniture and counters
For several customers Nedcam produces all kinds of designs in the furniture industry. The most complex 3D counters become feasible in combination with Nedcam. One of the most advanced designs is probably the table Cinderella of "De Makers Van" designed by Jeroen Verhoeve. This table is divided in layers which are milled in plywood, assembled and finished there after.

Coffins for disaster management
In cooperation with Everybody Company, Nedcam developed a special coffin concept for disaster management. These low cost coffins can be produced quickly in big quantities and easily transported just after major disasters. Main advantage in the concept is the assembly without any tooling or loose parts as these items are just not available in a disaster area. Furthermore the measures are designed to have a maximum efficiency fit in a container; as well stacked flat before usage as stacked in usage at the disaster area. Scaled models
Most architects want to evaluate their digitally designed object by using a scaled model. Nedcam is capable to produce a scaled model very quickly based on a 3D CAD drawing; regardless whether it is a yacht, a car or a composite object.

Framework
There are numerous ways to achieve a model. If enough craftsmanship is available a framework can be the starting point for a model. On this frame the shape can be obtained in several ways like:
Cover the frame with strips of wood and fair it by grinding.
Place shaped blocks (EPS, XPS, PU or MDF) on the frame and finish it
A combination of the above using flat sheet material and 3D-curved blocks on the framework.

Interiors
In decorating a CNC machined space it is most easy to apply CNC machined parts. In this way the complete interior of a yacht can be machined as a building package and assembled seamless. The time saving generates efficiency and the ability for the woodworker to have his main attention at the important details. Also other embellishments like custom made tables and marquetry can be made accurately by using CNC technology.
