Framework
There are numerous ways to achieve a model. If enough craftsmanship is available a framework can be the starting point for a model. On this frame the shape can be obtained in several ways like:
Cover the frame with strips of wood and fair it by grinding.
Place shaped blocks (EPS, XPS, PU or MDF) on the frame and finish it
A combination of the above using flat sheet material and 3D-curved blocks on the framework.
